Directions:
Lake Minnetonka
is located on the south west side of the Twin cities about 20
minutes from the Downtown area, also about 20 minutes from the
Airport or the Mall Of America.
From
494, take Highway 7 west for approximately 5 miles. Take
the Excelsior exit (right lane) over the bridge. Continue straight
on 2nd street to the public parking on your left (one block).
(They are marked with blue and white signs). Excelsior has two
large municipal parking lots on either side of Water Steet between
2nd and 3rd Streets. There is also (metered) on street parking
available.
The docks are
located at the corners of Water and Lake Street, (accross the
street from Haskill's or the old Pizza Hut)
There is a drop
off area (only) next to the docks available as well.
